Transactions with Ask Ros, She Travels are covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) if the passenger is located in California at the time of payment.

Pursuant to California law, client payments are made by credit card directly to travel suppliers or carriers. Ask Ros, She Travels does not collect or process client funds and therefore qualifies for the Seller of Travel trust account exemption under section 17550.15(j) of the California Business and Professions Code.
