At Ask Ros, She Travels, we recognize that most senior travel options haven’t evolved to match how today’s older adults want to travel. Too often, itineraries lack flexibility, accessibility, and the thoughtful pacing that makes travel truly enjoyable and empowering. We believe in enabling travel through intentional itinerary design and personalized support, making every journey accessible, inspiring, and fulfilling at any age.

Inspired by planning and supporting in-person travel for Ros’ own father, our team is proud to extend that same care and attention to you, treating every traveler like family.

Whether you need full-service planning, a quick assist, or in-person concierge support, we’re here to make your next journey effortless.

The details and process for working together are below, but sometimes the best place to start is just to Ask Ros. Schedule a call or send an email, and we’ll take it from there.

Travel Services for Seniors

Travel Coach

  • For the traveler who still wants to explore but hasn’t yet found the right way forward. Whether it’s a month in Spain, a week by the sea in Sardinia, a train journey across Europe, or a safari in Africa, we create thoughtful, accessible itineraries designed with your comfort, pace, and independence in mind. It’s enabling and empowering travel, designed around you.

  • From overland journeys to relaxed, single-destination stays, our Travel Coach service offers end-to-end custom travel planning designed with intention and care.

We take the time to understand your travel goals, preferred pace, and comfort level, then craft a personalized itinerary from the ground up. Every detail from accessible accommodations and thoughtful pacing to meaningful local experiences, is considered. It’s a collaborative process that transforms your ideas into a smooth, worry-free journey that is uniquely your own.

  • Pricing reflects the level of planning and detail your trip requires. Depending on the number of travelers, destinations, and the amount of customization, packages typically range from $450 to $1,450 per trip.

As a guide, the average 2-3 city itinerary for two travelers is around $450. Adding extra destinations, multiple rooms, or more complex arrangements usually increases the fee. Certain itineraries such as train journeys like the Glacier Express, may also attract a higher service fee due to their unique booking requirements.

All inquiries and initial consultations are completely free. We’ll begin with a friendly conversation to review your goals and comfort level, then outline a plan that feels clear, transparent, and right for you before any work begins.

Concierge Services

  • For travelers who would feel more comfortable having a Travel Coach by their side. This add-on service is ideal for seniors who want extra help while flying, navigating airports, handling baggage, coordinating transfers, and so much more.

Whether you’re traveling solo, with a partner, or in a small group, a Travel Coach by your side provides reassurance, organization, and calm every step of the journey. We can be as visible or discreet as you prefer, offering as much or as little support as you need to feel confident, safe, and at ease while traveling.

  • The Wingwoman service is for travelers who want professional travel support, without the deep-dive planning. It’s quick, efficient, and focused on solving specific needs like booking flights or trains, finding the right hotel, or securing trusted local contacts.

You’ll get expert guidance where it matters most, without the full itinerary process. Think of it as having a travel professional in your corner, ready to step in, make things easier, and help you finalize your plans with confidence.

  • Because every traveler’s needs are unique, we’ll review your desired level of support together to create a rate tailored specifically for you.

For guidance, 1–2 travelers are billed at $45 per hour (up to 12 hours per day), while groups of 3–9 travelers are typically $95 per hour, with flexibility based on the level of involvement required.

Please note that Travel Coach travel costs and meals are additional and will be discussed during the planning process to ensure transparency and comfort before confirming any arrangements.
